National Night Out is an annual community-building event held on the first Tuesday in August. Designed to strengthen relationships between the Lancaster Police Department and the community, the event features activities, vendors, and opportunities to meet officers in a fun, family-friendly environment.
In past years, National Night Out has drawn 5,000–7,000 attendees, highlighting the community’s strong support and engagement. It’s a chance for residents to connect with local law enforcement, learn about safety programs, and celebrate the spirit of neighborhood unity.
